Current turn around time is 3-5 business days. Custom tumblers are made to the customers specifications and all sales are final. Our shop does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for custom made products unless there is a manufacturing issue or an error on my part while creating. Snowglobe cups are made with non-toxic liquid filler, but internal contents should not be ingested. If cup should crack, discontinue use immediately. Thank you for your support!
