Current turn around time is 3-5 business days. Custom tumblers are made to the customers specifications and all sales are final. Our shop does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for custom made products unless there is a manufacturing issue or an error on my part while creating. Thank you for your support!
This is a custom snowglobe ornament. After placing your order, you will need to email me your custom photo so that I can have it printed for the ornament. Printing and delivery time can take up to 2 weeks so please allow enough time.
