Current turn around time is 3-5 business days. Custom tumblers are made to the customers specifications and all sales are final. Our shop does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for custom made products unless there is a manufacturing issue or an error on my part while creating. Thank you for your support!
This is a regular ornament, not a snowglobe ornament. Email me your photo that you'd like added to the ornament. Email is tworosescustoms@gmail.com. Please make sure it's a high quality photo. Finished ornament will include a ribbon for hanging.
If you'd like to add a bow to the ornament, please add that option to your cart as well and let me know the glitter color for the bow.
